Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    50g margarine
    15g light muscovado sugar
    1 tablespoon golden syrup
    60g porridge oats
    25g quinoa
    25g dried cranberries
    40g sultanas
    15g sunflower seeds
    15g sesame seeds
    15g linseeds
    25g desiccated coconut
    1 egg, lightly beaten

Directions

1. Grease a small shallow baking tin (16.5 x 10 cm).

2. Beat together the margarine, sugar and syrup intil creamy.

3. Add all of the remaining ingredients and beat until all combined.

4. Put mixture in tin and level the surface.

5. Bake at 180C, 350F, Gas 4 for 35 minutes. Leave in the tin to cool.

6. Cut into 4-8 fingers.
