Introduction

Depending on your preferences you may want to add some extra heat. I love it spicy so I like to add a little Slap Yo Mamma seasoning before cooking and my husband always puts tobasco on his jambalaya after it's cooked. Ingredients

    2 boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 1-in cubes
    1 cup chicken broth or bouillon
    *3 stalks celery, chopped
    *1 large onion, chopped
    2 medium red ripe tomatoes, chopped
    1 cup marinara sauce
    1 Smoked Sausage links, chopped into 1/4 inch cubes
    1 -1 1/2 tsp. Cajun Seasoning

    *Substitute 1 bag Kroger Recipe Beginnings Cajun Mirepoix Blend (Onion, Green Pepper, Celery)

Directions

Add all ingredients to crock pot. Cook on low for 4-6 hours.

Delicious served over brown rice (not included in nutrition).
