Introduction

Great shake to get the day started. Can substitute any flavor yogurt, different frozen berries, or add oats or crushed flaxseed. Great shake to get the day started. Can substitute any flavor yogurt, different frozen berries, or add oats or crushed flaxseed.

Ingredients

    6 oz yogurt
    1 cup orange juice
    3/4 cup milk
    1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries (or other berries)
    1 large frozen banana (cut into chunks before freezing)

Directions

Blend all ingredients. Add more milk or orange juice if you like thinner shakes. Stores well overnight in refrigerator.
