Slow Cook Apple

Introduction

Similar to many homemade apple sauce recipes, but without the smashing of the apple. It's convenience of slow cooking allows a hot breakfast any morning. Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 fresh medium apple, cored and peeled
    Truvia (Zero Cal Stevia) 1 packet (if necc.)
    apple pie spice, 1 tsp
    Raisans, Sun-Maid 10-12 pcs.
    Water as needed
    Fage - Greek Yogurt - Fat Free, 1 serving


Directions

A single serving works best in minature corckpots.

Place all ingredients exprect for yogurt in the crockpot and turn on crockpot to the lowest setting just before going to bed. Add enough water to cover 1/4 to 1/2 of apple.

When finished take apple out of pot and place yogurt on top.
Serve with toast for a balanced breakfast.
Serves 1
