Introduction

This can also be made into a sandwich filling using pita bread. This can also be made into a sandwich filling using pita bread.

Ingredients

    1 stalk celery, diced
    1 apple, unpeeled, cored, and diced
    1/6 cup almonds, chopped
    romaine lettuce 4 oz.
    1 oz sharp cheese cut in matchbook-thin strips

    Sauce:
    1/4 c reduced fat sour cream
    1/8 c lemon juice
    1 t Splenda (or to taste)
    cinnamon to taste

Directions

Whisk sauce mix together until smooth. Toss in fillng and mix well.
