Introduction

A "creamy" soup that's healthy..aka no cream used A "creamy" soup that's healthy..aka no cream used
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    Carrots - 4 C, peeled and chopped
    Onion - 1/2 C, or 1 small onion

    cook the above ingredients until tender, then add the following:

    Long Grain White Rice - 1/2 C
    4 cans of Chicken broth ( low sodium version is best).

    Bring to a boil and then simmer for 45 mins. then puree the mixture in a blender and add dill.

Directions

Makes about 5 1C servings.
