"Protein Punch" Chicken salad

Introduction

This delicious, filling chicken salad is packed with 29 g of protein and its Oh So Delicious! This delicious, filling chicken salad is packed with 29 g of protein and its Oh So Delicious!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 chicken breast, boiled and shredded
    1 apple, cored and chopped
    3 oz of raisins
    8 oz greek yogurt, plain
    1 cup arugula
    2 tbsp onion, chopped
    salt to taste

Directions

Put shredded chicken in a mixing bowl. Add chopped apples, onion, raisins, arugula, and greek yogurt. Combine. Add salt to taste.

You can also add celery to this salad for a delicious flavor and crunch. Also, you may substitute the raisins for dried cranberries. Enjoy! =)
