Ingredients

    ground turkey .324 kg or 11 onz
    Broccoli, fresh, 4 cup, chopped or diced
    Cauliflower, raw, 4 cup
    *Snap peas, 2 cup
    Celery, raw, 2 cup, diced
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 2 cup, chopped
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 6 cloves
    Zucchini, 1 cup, sliced
    *Soy Sauce, 8 tbsp

Directions

makes 8-10 3-4cup servings fry onions and garlice add hamburger until brown add the rest of the vegetables and a little water cook until veggies are tender. Add soya sauce to taste
