Spinach & Bean Soup

Ingredients

    Spinach, Beans, Meat, Chicken Broth, Garlic and Seasonings

Directions

Heat Oil in 5 QT Pot.
Add garlic and 1TBSP of Red Pepper Flakes. Saute for 2 minutes. Add Fresh Spinach, small bunches at a time to cook down until all is used. Add Cooked Beef Tips (can substitute cooked chicken, turkey sausage or eat meatless). Heat through for about 5 minutes. Add Beans, broth, and remaining Red Pepper Flakes, Salt and Pepper to to taste. Heat for 15 to 20 minutes. Makes 4 to 5 1 cup servings.
