Dee's Clam Chowder

Ingredients

    2 c. fat-free half and half
    2 c. water
    1 tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    3 cans (6.5 oz) chopped clams
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. potato flakes
    1 tsp. curry powder
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Melt butter and cooked onion. Add half and half and water, heat until simmering. Add potato flakes and whisk or stir. Add Worcestershire sauce and clams. Add seasonings.
