Ingredients
-
12 oz. Salmon
1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
3 freshly squeezed lemons (mine were small)
Garlic- 1 clove
Directions
Combine the salmon, soy sauce, garlic and lemon juice in a gallon-size ziploc bag, and shake it up. Allow to marinate in the refrigerator for an hour (I usually make it in the morning or afternoon and then bake it when I get home from work), turning after a half hour at least. Pour the salmon and the marinade into a baking dish and bake in a 350 degree oven, covered with foil, for 15 minutes. The salmon is done when it flakes easily at the thickest part. Enjoy! Makes (4) 3 ounce servings. (or 2 6 ounce servings if you are hungry!)
