170 grams crabmeat
1/2 cup cream cheese
75 grams chopped, frozen spinach (thawed)
4 whole tomatoes
Cut off tops of tomatoes and scoop out pulp with a spoon. Reserve pulp for another recipe (maybe spaghetti sauce)
Combine cream cheese and crabmeat. Add spinach and mix well. Fill tomatoes.
Bake for approx 30-40 minutes.
OPTIONAL: top with cheese before putting tomatoes in the oven.
