Ingredients

1/2 cup fresh parsley leaves, cleaned
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 garlic clove
1 Orange - supremes
2 T Peanut Butter or Sesame Tahini
2 T Rice Vinegar-red pepper
2 t low-sodium soy sauce
1 t Dijon Mustard
1/4 t ground ginger
1/4 t ground coriander
1/4 t ground turmeric
1/4 t ground cumin
1/4 t paprika
1 - 15 oz can garbanzo beans, drained
1 pkg Celery Hearts
Directions
Place all ingredients in blender or food processor and process until smooth.
Serve on Celery Sticks or pita chips. Makes 8 - 2 oz servings.
