Introduction

Meatloaf from Lipton Onion Soup Mix Meatloaf from Lipton Onion Soup Mix
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 lb. ground beef (93% lean)
    1 lb. ground Bison
    1/2 c. water
    1 packet Lipton Onion Soup mix
    1/3 c. ketchup
    2 lg.eggs
    3/4 c. plain bread crumbs

Directions

Makes six 7-oz servings
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix the water, Lipton Onion Soup mix, ketchup, eggs, and bread crumbs in a large mixing bowl.
3. Add the beef and Bison and use your hands to mix thoroughly.
4. Spray Pam on a meatloaf tin (5"x8"x5" pan)
5. Put the mixture into the pan and form a loaf.
6. Bake the meatloaf for 1 hour 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees, or until beef is cooked through with no pink remaining.
7. Remove from oven. Let sit for 10 minutes. Serve.
