Ingredients

    4 oz. Almond or Hemp Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla
    1/4-1/2 C steel cut oats (uncooked)
    1/4 to 1/2 C raw steel oats
    1 T Almond Butter
    4 Walnuts Halves
    1 t Sesame Seeds
    1 T coconut flake, unsweetened
    1 T Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)
    1 T Raisins
    1/4 C Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened)
    Cinnamon to taste
    Nutmeg to taste

Directions

makes 2 servings prepare by putting all ingredients in one dish and soak overnight in the refrigerator. add a few tablespoons of almond/hemp/coconut unsweetened milk for desired consistency
