Ingredients

    2 boneless/skinless chicken breast - thin strips
    1 yellow onion - thin strips
    8 oz mushrooms - thin strips
    1 whole bell pepper - thin strips
    1 tbsp. garlic - crushed, sliced, minced
    sm. can black olives - sliced
    1 - 15 oz. can crushed or italian style stewed tomatoes
    1 - 6 oz can tomato paste
    parmesan cheese
    salt
    pepper
    Italian seasoning

Directions

saute chicken in pan, add raw veggies and saute until slightly soft, then add canned veggies and seasoning...get nice and hot, sprinkle with parmesan and serve. Excellent on shiritake noodles or egg noodles.
