Banana Nut Oat Pancake

Ingredients

    .25 cup Rolled Oats
    2 Egg whites
    .5 cup Mashed banana
    .25 tsp Vanilla Extract
    2 Almonds (raw )
    3 tsp Splenda

Directions

Put oats and almonds in food processor, grind into oat flour mixture.

Pour oat flour mixture, splenda , egg whites, banana, and vanilla extract into mixer bowl and mix.

Pour into a heated griddle, skillet, or pan.

Let the pancakes cook. Once you start seeing bubbles coming up on one side, it usually safe to flip them on the other side.

Makes 1 serving.
