Ingredients

    12 ounces of pre-cooked chicken breast, diced
    3 stalks of celery chopped
    1/2 cup of Smart Beat
    30 grapes - halved (red ones look prettiest)
    2 Teaspoons of fresh Lemon Juice
    2 packets of Truvia sweetner
    1/2 cup of chopped pecans

Dice Chicken Breast
Chop Celery
cut Grapes in half

Mix Smart Beat, Lemon Juice, Truvia

Put all ingredients in a bowl and toss.

Season with Salt and Pepper to taste
