1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes, soaked if dried
1/4 cup red roasted peppers (jar)
1 15oz can garbanzo beans, rinsed
2 cloves garlic, pressed
2 Tablespoons tahini paste
2 Tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup water
1 teaspoon of salt
Place Peppers, tomatoes and garlic in a food processor and blend about 30 seconds.
Add Garbanzo beans and blend for 1 to 2 minutes
Add tahini paste, olive oil, water and salt and blend until smooth.
