Ingredients

    Granulated Sugar, 1 cup (remove)
    *Stevia, 75 gram(s) (remove)
    Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, .75 cup (remove)
    Baking Powder, 1.5 tsp (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove)
    *Canola Oil, .5 cup (remove)
    Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    *Flour, white, 1 cup (remove)
    *Whole Wheat Flour, 0.75 cup (remove)
    Baking Soda, 1.5 tsp (remove)
    Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla, 8 oz (remove)
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (remove)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Mix all dry ingredients then add all wet ingredients - except water - and mix with a mixer. Add boiling water to mixture. Mixture will be very saucy. Pour into a greased pan - I use a fluted tube or bundt pan.

Bake for 35 - 40 minutes
