Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    2 Young Coconuts, Meat and Water
    2 TB Chia Seeds soaked for 15 minutes in 1/2 C Water
    1/2 C Ice
    1/4 C Agave Nectar
    2 Tsp Vanilla extract
    generous pinch of Cinnamon, Nutmeg, and Sea Salt.

Directions

Add all ingredients to high speed blender and blend till smooth and creamy.
Makes approx 32 ounces which equals one serving when you're on a cleanse. Enjoy!
