1 1/2 C raw cahsews 1 tsp. salt 1 1/2 tsp onion powder 1/4 tsp garlic powder 2 C boiling water 1/3 C gelatin 1/3 C nutritional yeast flakes 2 Tbs lemon juice
Combine cashews, salt, oinon powder, garlic powder, and 1 1/2 C boiling water into blender. Blend until very smooth. Then add 1/2 C water and gelatin, blend again. Finally add yeast and lemon juice blend once more, then pour into a container and refrigerate until firm. (You may also freeze this mixture and grade it like regular cheese.) Makes aproximately 20 2 Table spoon servings.
