Chicken & Veggie Orzo

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 16 ounces
    Onions, raw, .50 medium, diced
    Garlic, 3 clove
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Chicken Broth, 2 cup (8 fl oz)
    Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
    *Orzo Select 100% Whole Wheat Pasta, 1.50 cup
    Mixed Vegetables, frozen, 2 cups

Directions

Dice chicken & cook until no longer pink in olive oil with onion & garlic. Season to taste.
Add broth & water, bring to boil.
Add orzo, bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover, cook for about 5 minutes. Stir occassionaly.
Add vegetable & cook until pasta is done & liquid has been absorbed.
