Introduction

Sometimes I crave the flavors of Thanksgiving but don't want all the fuss and calories. I'll be experimenting with making a sweet potato flat bread, if I succeed, I'll post the recipe. Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    10 oz Pre-baked Whole wheat pizza shell (Boboli)
    1 can of whole berry cranberry sauce
    6 green onions, thinly sliced
    5 oz of thinly sliced smoked turkey, cut into ribbons
    1 cup of Cabot 50% reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese
    2 tsps of pultry seasoning

Directions

Preheat oven to 450 F

Cover crust with cranberry sauce, spirnkle green onions over the top. Evenly spread the sliced turkey.

Mix the poultry seasoning with the cheese and sprinkle over the top of the pizza.

Place directly on the rack, or on a sheet of foil (for ease of transporting)

Bake for 12 minutes.

Makes 8 servings.
