Buffalo Chili

Introduction

Ground buffalo, bean and tomato chili Ground buffalo, bean and tomato chili
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    2 lbs ground buffalo
    2 cans reduced sodium kidney beans, rinsed
    2 cans diced tomatoes with green chilies
    1 packet chili seasoning
    additional chili powder, cayenne, and garlic, as desired
    water, if thinner chili is desired

Directions

Brown ground buffalo, drain, place in stock pot.
Open tomatoes and add to stock pot.
Open beans, drain, rinse, and add to stock pot.
Add seasoning to pot, mix well.

Bring to boil, stirring occasionally, then place lid on pot and simmer at least 10 minutes, more if possible. Stir occasionally. Makes approximately 10 1-cup servings.
