Ingredients

    Ground beef
    carrot sticks
    green onions
    barley
    brown rice
    canned tomatoes
    celery seeds (about 1 tbsp).

Directions

put beef, onions, canned tomatoes and celery seeds into a crockpot and cook on low for 6 hours, add carrot sticks, barley and rice and cook until dinner, around 2 hours.
