Ingredients

Dice 1 cup tomato, .25 cup onion and 1 cup mango. Combine with 1 chopped Jalapeno, cilantro and lime juice. Refridgerate for 30 minutes. Take 6 flour tortilas and cut into triangles. Spray lightly with cooking spray and sprinkle with the cinnamon and sugar. place in oven and bake until crisp.
