Roasted Carrots

Ingredients

    2 cups of carrots, halved and chopped
    2 cloves garlic
    1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 425
Cut up carrots, toss with olive oil and garlic.
salt and pepper to taste.

Cook for 30-40 mins or until tender, flipping carrots half way through.
