Pizza Dip

Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    2 Cups Sour Cream
    2 Cups Cream Cheese
    2 Cups Pizza Sauce
    1 Cup Diced Green Bell Peppers
    1 Cup Diced Onion
    2 Tbsp. Garlic Powder
    2 Tbsp. Dry Oregano
    2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese
    1 Stick Pepperoni Cubed

Directions

Mix cream cheese, sour cream, oregano, and garlic powder together. Spread into glass baking dish. Pour pizza sauce on top and spread out evenly. Sprinkle on green bell peppers, onions, and pepperoni. Bake at 375 degrees for approx. 20 minutes or until cheese starts to bubble around edges. Remove from oven, sprinkle on mozzarella cheese. Return to oven for 20 minutes or until cheese is thoroughly melted. Serves approx. 10-12 guests. Refridgerate left overs. Easily reheated in microwave (and tastes just as good if not better.)

  • It looks pretty tasty, and it looks like it would be really easily cut back on calories & fat by using either fat free or low fat cream cheese & sour cream, and using low fat cheeses and turkey pepperoni. - 9/17/07
