Ingredients

    one avocado, without seed
    3 apples, peeled and chopped
    juice of one small orange
    8 oz of blueberries
    2 tsp of fresh ginger

Directions

Puree all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth. Makes 2 servings. Enjoy!
