Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies

Introduction
Great for halloween! Great for halloween!Number of Servings: 68
Ingredients

1 c. Crisco
2 c. Sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 Tbsp milk
1 can pumpkin
4 c. flour
1 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp baking soda
1 bag chocolate chips
Directions
1.)Mix sugar and crisco together.
2.)Add in the rest of the wet ingredients: eggs, vanilla, milk, and pumpkin.
3.) Then add the the dry ingredients (flour, salt, cinnamon, and baking soda) slowly until well mixed.
4.) Mix in chocolate chips.
5.) Drop spoonfuls onto cookie sheets.
6.) Bake at 375 degrees for 10-15 minutes.

I really love the taste of these!
I replaced the sugar with Splenda/brown sugar blend, eggs with egg beaters, Herchies semisweet choc chips.
You will have to form the cookies before baking though, because they will not meld into cookie shape but stay almost the exact shape as you put them in. - 11/5/07
