3 hard boiled eggs Pickle relish mustard pepper 2 cans of chicken, canned in water
Cut up the boiled eggs and place them in bullet type blender or a bowl for mashing. Mix with the pickle relish and blend or mash well. Pour into bowl and add chicken, a couple of squirts of mustard and shakes of black pepper. Mix well. Eat as a salad alone or as a sandwich filling. Add a bit of water or more mustard if needed to bind the salad more.
