    1 cup skim milk
    1 cup mixed fruit
    1/2 banana
    1 scoop protein powder (30g)

Directions

makes 1 2 cup serving
add ingredients in order listed. blend well.
(i used the magic bullet to blend)

  • I tried this but could not stand it, I used Vanilla Flavour Whey Protein Powder and I think that is what I could taste, I could only drink half before I gave up! Maybe I will try with no flavour protein powder next time. - 3/10/11
