    1 1/2 t. honey
    2 T. olive oil
    1 lb. ricotta cheese
    1/2 lb. mozzarella cheese
    1 1/3 c. romano cheese, grated
    1/2 c. parmesan cheese
    1 egg
    2 to 3 T. parsely
    2 garlic cloves
    1/8 t. pepper
    dash red pepper flakes
    1 T. olive oil
    1 small onion
    1 medium red pepper
    1/2 lb. italian sausage
    1/2 jar marinara sauce
