Tahini Dressing with Bragg Liquid Aminos & Lemon

Introduction

Dressing for Salads, Steamed Vegetables, Leeks, Beets, brown rice and noodles. Dressing for Salads, Steamed Vegetables, Leeks, Beets, brown rice and noodles.
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    1/2 cup Tahini, raw or roasted
    Juice 1-1/4 Lemons
    1-2 teaspoons Bragg Liquid Aminos
    2 Cloves Garlic (if desired)
    Dash Cayenne pepper (optional)
    1 teaspoon Ume Plum Vinegar

Directions

Combine tahini, lemon juice, bragg liquid aminos, garlic, cayenne (if using) vinegar (optional), and 1/2 to 3/4 cups water in a blender. Puree until very well combined. Refrigerate in a tightly sealed jar. This keeps for about 4 days.

DON'T FORGET TO ADD 1/4 - 3/4 CUPs WATER.
