Introduction

This is one of my husbands favorite recipe he doesn't like cheese in scalloped potatoes he said if you put in cheese they become augratin potatoes. This is one of my husbands favorite recipe he doesn't like cheese in scalloped potatoes he said if you put in cheese they become augratin potatoes.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    3 pounds pealed potatoes, weight after pealed, sliced thin
    2 medium onions sliced thin
    1 pound ham cut in bite size chunks
    1 (10 3/4) ounce can Campbell's condensed cream of
    mushroom soup 25% less sodium
    1.5 cups milk
    1/4 cup flour
    1 tsp. each salt and pepper

Directions

Layer potatoes, ham and onions in cassarole, mix salt and pepper, flour, milk and soup (use wisk io mix) and then pour soup mixture over potatoes. Cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour, uncover bake additional 10 minutes until browned. Makes 6 large servings or 8 medium. I know they are high in sodium but they are low in fat and high in fiber.
