Introduction

use tomato, fresh thyme, fresh marjoram, horseradish, and greek yogurt! use tomato, fresh thyme, fresh marjoram, horseradish, and greek yogurt!

Ingredients

    Egg, fresh, 6 large
    Plum Tomatoes, .5
    Greek Yogurt, Plain, 3 T
    Thyme, fresh, 1 tsp
    Marjoram, fresh, 1 tsp
    Horseradish, 1 tsp

Directions

Boil & peel eggs. Split in half. Set aside whites. Place yolks in a bowl add tomato, yogurt, thyme, and marjoram and horseradish. Mix well.Add more yogurt if necessary. Stuff whites

Makes six servings 1 full egg each.
