Ingredients

    One package mixed vegetables
    One package firm tofu
    2 tablespoons canola oil
    4 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
    2 cups cooked brown rice

Directions

Cook rice according to package instructions. Cube tofu and sautee in canola oil. Add frozen vegetables. When hot, mix in Teriyaki sauce. Serve over rice.
