Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    3 Tbsp nonfat Milk
    3 Tbsp Simply Jif Peanut Butter
    1 Cup thawed Cool Whip, sugar free
    1 Pkg Jello instant Chocolate Fudge Pudding mix
    2 Cups nonfat Milk
    1 Tbsp instant nonfat dry milk

Directions

Whisk 3 Tbsp milk into peanut butter until well blended. Blend in thawed cool whip. Set Aside.

Prepare pudding with instant dry milk and 2 cups nonfat milk. Let set.

In 6 individual serving dishes, layer first pudding mix, then peanut butter, then pudding mix again.

Garnish with dollop of additional cool whip or chocolate shavings.
For a more Pie like dessert, put in crushed graham crackers in dishes first, or sugar free oreo's crushed.
