French Onion Chicken

Ingredients

    2 Chichen breasts, cut into bite sized pieces
    3 onions, sliced thin
    1.5 cups chopped fresh mushrooms
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2Tbsp butter
    1/4 cup flour
    1 pkg onion soup mix
    2 cups chicken broth
    1 pkg stove top stuffing mix, prepared
    1 cup mozza cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degees.
1. Cook chicken in non stick pan until done. Remove from pan.
2. Add onions, mushrooms , garlic and butter to pan. Cook until onions are translucent.
3. Add flour and stir until combined.
4. Stir in broth and onion soup mix. Cook until thickened.
5. Place cooked chicken pieces in 8x8 casserole dish. Spoon cooked onion soup mixture over chicken. Top with prepared stuffing mix.
6. Bake for 20 minutes. Top with cheese and cook another 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Makes 6 servings.
