Introduction

Throw everything into a slow cooker and forget it. Throw everything into a slow cooker and forget it.

Ingredients

    4 c. Central Market Organic low sodium chicken broth
    1.25 c. dried split peas
    12 oz. HEB fully fit Black Forest ham
    1.5 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery with leaves
    heaping tablespoon chopped garlic
    .25 t. salt
    1 T. dried poultry seasoning

Directions

Put everything into a slow cooker and simmer for several hours, or until peas are mushy. Makes 10 servings of 1 cup each.
