Ingredients

    Silken tofu, around 5 ounces
    2 Tbs tomato paste
    Dijon mustard, 4 tsp
    Scallion

Directions

Cut the scallion into 4 pieces (include green and white parts). Add it and the remaining ingredients to a food processor and whirl until uniform. Chill for a bit and then use. Serves 4.
