Raw Tomato Salsa

Introduction

A very tasty way to get a vegetable hit...use with anything. Chicken, eggs, corn chips, etc. A very tasty way to get a vegetable hit...use with anything. Chicken, eggs, corn chips, etc.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 cups fresh tomatoes, diced
    1/4 large sweet onion, diced
    1/4 cup fresh cilantro (corriander), chopped
    1 clove of garlic, smashed
    3 tsp Marvini Chilli Pepper Paste (or sub diced hot peppers to your liking)


Directions

- Dice the tomatoes and onions and toss in a bowl

- Chop the cilantro and toss in with the tomatoes and onions. Stir well

- Add the smashed garlic and chilli pepper paste, Stir well.

- Cover and place it in the fridge for a few hours so the flavours can meld.

Makes 4 heaping half cup servings. (I like *lots* of salsa)!
