Nice healthy orange, apricot and banana smoothie.

Ingredients

    1 small banana, fresh, (6"-8" long)
    5 fresh apricots
    Satsuma, 1 serving
    Orange juice, 30ml

Directions

Makes 1 500ml serving or 2 250ml serving
Slice up one small banana, 5 apricots and peal and part one small satsuma and add orange juice.
Blend it until the lumps are gone and pour it into a container.
