Introduction

A stew I made for my husband with his favorite spices. A stew I made for my husband with his favorite spices.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 1/2 pounds of stew meat
    1 large chopped onion
    4 cups chopped carrots
    1 5lb bag red potatoes
    6 cloves of garlic minced
    1 6oz can tomato paste
    1 32 oz carton of beef broth
    1 tbs paprika
    1 tsp sage
    1 tsp tarragon
    1 tsp thyme
    4 tbs balsamic vinegar
    2 tbs worcestershire sauce
    4 cups water

Directions

Put it all in a pot and simmer a couple of hours.
