WW Breakfast Bars

Introduction

Easy to make and good for you. I got it from Weight Watchers and added ground flax as I couldn't find the ultragrain flour. I also added 1/2 whole wheat flour. They are really good. Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    1 1/2 cups quick oats (not old fashioned)
    1/2 cup flour, white
    1/2 cup whole wheat flour
    1/2 cup ground flaxseed
    1 cup brown sugar
    3/4 cup peanut butter
    1 cup egg substitute
    1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (I used regular)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all dry ingredients and cut with a pastry cutter or two knives. Cut in peanut butter until mixed. Stir in egg substitute and chips. Spray 13x9 pan with non stick spray. Pat in mixture evenly. Bake for 20 min. Cool and cut into 16 pieces.
