Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    1cups of fresh Strawberries
    2 Bananas
    1 cup Dannon Light N fit Vanilla Yogurt
    2 cups Ice
    2 cups of 2% Milk or you may use
    Strawberry Banana Juice if you are lactose intolerant or just dont want to use milk taste great and is healthy both ways

Directions

place ice in blender first, followed by the low fat yogurt make sure to cut out the stems of the strawberries then add them as well as the bananas you may need to break the bananas before adding then pour your milk or juice then blend to your liking
