Salmon Salad for Sandwiches

Ingredients

    4 hard boiled eggs
    1 can pink salmon 7.5 oz size
    4 gherkins diced
    8 tbsp Kraft Mayo Light
    1/4 c. Yellow Mustard
    2 tbsp chopped red peppers
    1 cup diced celery
    1/2 diced onion

Directions

Hard boil 4 eggs, add 1 can pink salmon. add remaining ingredients, stir well. Serve on whole grain bread.
