Introductionmy best tortilla soup I've made so far. This recipe can be made with or without the cream, but I'm all about cream my best tortilla soup I've made so far. This recipe can be made with or without the cream, but I'm all about cream
1 12 oz can black beans
1 12 oz can fire roasted tomatoes
1 8oz can of tomato sauce (only use half)
2 chicken breasts
5 cups chicken broth
some frozen corn
Add chunks of chicken breast (seared), then cover with cap to cook chicken
Add all canned ingredients, corn, and chicken broth and put on med for 20 mins (let everything mix for flavor)
Top with green oniosn close to serving time.
Avacado, mozz cheese, and sour cream is optional, but I don't hold back. Top with tortilla chips.
