Introduction

Simple, quick and low calorie. Not to mention tasty! Simple, quick and low calorie. Not to mention tasty!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 packages of refrigerated Azteca Taco Salad Bowls
    40. oz. of ground turkey
    8 Cups of chopped Iceberg Lettuce
    2 Cups chopped Tomatoes
    2 Cups shredded Kraft Taco Style Cheese
    1 Can Black Olives or 16 jumbo olives, chopped
    16 Tbls. Fat free or lowfat Sour Cream
    1 package of Old El Paso Taco seasoning

Directions

Brown Gr. Turkey in large skillet, add taco seasoning and mix well, bake taco salad bowls according to package directions. Fill each bowl with 4 oz. of the cooked turkey. place 1 cup chopped lettuce, 1/4 cup shredded cheese, 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes, 2 Tbls. of Sour cream and 1/4 cup of chopped olives and enjoy.
